  1. If you cannot get rid of the family skeleton, you may as well make it dance. George Bernard Shaw (1856 – 1950) We literally have a family skeleton. although due to age it has been reduced to a family skull. It’s that of my great great great uncle. He gave it to science and when they finished with it, they gave it back, which is still the policy, even with icky bits such as organs. The skull lives on my mother’s mantlepiece and has sprung jaws so you can make him bite stuff (and also to stop his jaw falling off). Unfortunately my wife thinks it’s gruesome and won’t have it in our house.
